Barista PositionAt HCW Hospitality, we know that a great cup of coffee can brighten someone's day. As a Barista, you'll be the morning hero, crafting coffee and espresso drinks that fuel our guests. Your passion for coffee and commitment to service will create a welcoming environment that guests will love.What You'll DoAs a Barista, you'll create more than just coffee. In this role, you will:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and tea beverages with skill and precision.Engage with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing friendly service.Operate the espresso machine, grinders, and other equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.Keep the coffee bar stocked with supplies, from beans to syrups.Assist with inventory management and daily cash handling.Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.What You BringWe're looking for a passionate and personable coffee lover who enjoys making people's day better.
