At Screaming Eagle Delivery, we believe that the final mile of a journey is the most important part of the experience. Based right here in Royal City, Washington, we are a team that values reliability, community connection, and a job well done. This position is Monday through Saturday, 84.5 miles round trip, and 5 to 6 hours a day. We are looking for someone who enjoys the independence of the open road and takes genuine pride in being the person who brings important items to our neighbors' doorsteps. Responsibilities
Load the delivery vehicle each morning with accuracy to ensure all parcels are accounted for.
Navigate a set route through Royal City, managing time effectively to meet scheduled delivery windows.
Handle all packages with care, ensuring they arrive at their destination in the same condition they were received.
Interact with residents and business owners in a friendly, professional manner during package drop-offs.
Perform routine checks on your assigned vehicle to ensure it stays in top mechanical shape.
Communicate clearly with the operations team if any issues arise on the road.
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely in various weather conditions.
Physical capability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Reliable smartphone for navigating routes and scanning deliveries.
Strong organizational skills to keep track of daily cargo and manifests.
Prior experience in delivery or courier services is helpful but not mandatory.
Vehicle with 120 cubic feet of cargo space. Van SUV or truck with a bed cover
