ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Reports directly to the Floor Supervisor/Shift Manager
• Provides quality customer service and maintains a safe and friendly environment for guests

• Safeguards assets of the Table Games Department

• Must be able to learn the games offered in the Table Games Pit, as well as betting limits and game procedures
• Immediately reports any customer disputes to the Supervisor
• Communicates the status of tables effectively to the Floor Supervisors
• Must follow internal procedures and attendant regulations
• Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations correctly when paying bets
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be able to work any assigned times, varied schedule or extended hours when necessary
• Strong mathematical skills
• Strong verbal skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must have 6 months of dealing experience

AGE REQUIREMENT

• 21 years of age or above


CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

These certifications may be obtained either before hire or during the Training process

• Nevada Gaming Certification


• Title 31 Certification


• T.A.M. Card.

• Problem Gambling Training


LANGUAGE SKILLS :

Fluency in English required


Ability to speak Spanish and other languages a plus
